The Murray Darling is a national crisis.
70% of Australia's fresh food, and one third of our wheat are grown there.
Draining a wetland in Queensland affects farmers in NSW and schoolkids in Adelaide.
The river is dying from the mouth up.

This one is going to be tough. The timetable is tight and there are 340km to cover up the river. It is a trip that needs to be done though. It is absolute madness to steal water from a river that is drying out, that stops a long way short of reaching the sea, and pump that water over the hills to a city that will use it once and then get rid of it into Bass Strait. Melbourne people are not greedy, they don’t want to do this when they find out what is being done in their name. Please help us educate them.
Funds are short, the situation is very tight indeed. We would love to make a video of the trip and the issue but can only do so with your help. If you do wish to support us please click on the Support Us tab and follow instructions. All we can offer is our gratitude and the fact that all money received will go towards allowing us to complete the trip and promote it. Plus, of course, we pledge to do our utmost to highlight the issue and prevent the pumps from ever being turned on.
